Thank you so much for visiting the Bridge Bilingual's Blog! 

We are so excited to get to share what the Lord has imparted in us. I discovered my love for writing as a Senior in high school. Since then, I've realized the significance of journaling throughout my journey of faith especially through the hard seasons. We pray that you'll be refreshed and inspired in your own journey whether you know Jesus Christ or not. 

Currently, we are the Spanish pastors, piloting the Bridge Church's first church plant as the Bridge Bilingual. Our vision along with our lead pastors, David & Michele McLain is to help bridge the gap between the English and Spanish barriers not only in the community but also in our neighbors homes. Due to there being multi-generational homes we know that it can be difficult for some Hispanic families to communicate effectively with their own children, grandchildren and vise versa. We pray that we'll get to see families with these barriers come to church and enjoy the fullness and power of God together without sacrificing their own spiritual growth for their kids or their parents.  

Jon and I look forward to sharing more of our story and our current adventures via this page so please stay tuned and follow the crazy, the messy, the real and raw moments the Lord has used to shape us into whom God has called us to be. ¡Muchas gracias por visitar el blog de Bridge Español!

Estamos muy emocionados de poder compartir lo que el Señor nos ha impartido. Descubrí mi amor por la escritura en mi último año de secundaria. Desde entonces, me di cuenta de la importancia de escribir en un diario a lo largo de mi viaje de fe, especialmente durante las temporadas difíciles. Oramos para que se sienta renovado e inspirado en su propio viaje, aunque conozcas a Jesucristo o no por medio de este blog. 

Corrientemente, somos los pastores españoles, pilotando la primera planta de iglesia del Bridge Church como el Bridge Español. Nuestra visión junto con nuestros pastores principales, David y Michele McLain es ayudar a cerrar la brecha entre las barreras en inglés y español, no solo en la comunidad sino también en los hogares de nuestros vecinos. Debido a que existen hogares multigeneracionales, sabemos que puede ser difícil para algunas familias hispanas comunicarse de manera efectiva con sus propios hijos, nietos y viceversa. Oramos para que podamos ver a las familias con estas barreras venir a la iglesia y disfrutar de la plenitud y el poder de Dios juntos sin sacrificar su propio crecimiento espiritual por sus hijos o sus padres.

Jon y yo esperamos compartir más de nuestra historia y nuestras aventuras actuales a través de esta página, así que estén atentos y sigan los momentos locos, desordenados, reales y crudos que el Señor ha usado para formarnos en quienes Dios nos ha llamado a ser. ¡Por favor dejen sus comentarios, peticiones y / o informes de alabanza para que podamos seguir su historia también!
